Hello there! It's nice to meet you!
My name is Rani and I am a people leader expert who has 11+ years of experience in the People/HR field. My core strength is setting up people programs and processes for (hyper) growing organizations from the ground up. Having worked in E-commerce, Fintech and B2B SaaS environments, I am able to quickly understand your business & adapt solutions tailored to your needs. My success is your success and therefore I value strong collaboration.

Having a Dutch father, Indian mother and speaking three languages fluently, it makes it easy for me to connect with people, no matter their background. In my free time, I love to travel to new countries, play music & enjoy spending time with my dog Jamie, my partner and bonus son.
